Hold the wrist ball with one hand, opening part facing upward. Insert the head of the rope into the hole in the center of the ball.
With the thumb of the hand holding the ball, turn the ball forward, allowing the rope to tightly wrap around the center groove.
When the rope has wrapped around the center of the ball halfway, stop turning the ball center. Use one hand to hold the ball, and with the other hand, pull out the rope quickly to let the ball center rotate at the fastest speed.
