Delivery Locations

We offer delivery services only within Malaysia. Please note that we do not provide international shipping.


Delivery Time

In general, we aim to arrange deliveries within 3 to 5 days after order confirmation. Please note that custom-made items or special circumstances may require additional time. You will be able to view estimated delivery times on the product page and during checkout.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on the total order amount and the delivery location. You can review the exact delivery charges on the checkout page.


Delivery Method

We use BEST Express for our deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/whatsapp containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package. You can also choose to pick up your order at our location.


Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or other unexpected events may lead to delivery delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide potential solutions.


Signature Requirements

To ensure secure delivery, we typically require someone to sign for the package. If you are unable to sign personally, you can designate an authorized signatory.


Returns and Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective product during transit, or if you have any quality concerns, please contact us within 30 days after receipt.
